Fitness in Motion has been training local athletes for over 20 years. Each year advancing with the latest technology. We deal with a broad spectrum of athletes ranging from novice 8th graders all the way to Division 1 college athletes in all sports. We have even worked with some athletes in the professional arena.
We will design a program specific to their physical needs. Always putting the athlete in front of the sport. Teaching proper technique and procedures to do things right from the beginning. Most of our programs are designed for 3-4 days of strength training, with 3-4 day conditioning.
We also have designed a 2-3 days a week Plyometric Program to help the athlete reach his true potential in explosion and speed.
